Returns & Exchanges
Instant Swim will gladly accept returning full-priced items for store credit via gift card, within 28 days of purchase date. Your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned suits in GBP and will not expire.
All returns must be completed through our returns portal.
Once you have made a return request, our customer service team will review your request and get back to you shortly with a returns address. Once the item/s have been received, you will receive your gift card via email (item price excluding original shipping cost).
Returning items are not eligible for refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged. In this case, Instant Swim will replace your item, subject to stock availability. If the item is not in stock at the time of request, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. The faulty item must be returned to us in original packaging, with all labels and hygiene stickers attached.
Sale items/ items on offer are final sale and are not eligible for return for store credit.
All returns must be sent back in their original condition (new, unworn condition and with all original tags and hygienic liners attached). For sanitary reasons please keep underwear on when trying on swimwear. We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Duties & Taxes
For orders to Australia & US, you should not be charged customs fees. In the unlikely event that you are asked to pay a fee, please contact us and we will cover it for you.
EU/ rest of world orders may incur customs fees. Any duties associated are the responsibility of the customer. Many customers are not charged however unfortunately we cannot guarantee this as it is dependent on your country. For more information on the duties associated with your country, please contact your local customs office.
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong/incorrect shipping address, absent receiver, customer refuses package), the package will be returned to the sender. In this case, we will contact you to organise a redelivery. The redelivery cost is at the customers expense.
Tracking showing delivered but items not received
If your order is showing delivered but you have not received it, please send us an email and we will do our best to assist you. However please note we do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
