We require you to be able to swim at least 25m without stopping. We will have different lanes for different abilities, you can take it at your own pace if you prefer!
There's limited paid parking available at London Aquatic Centre, or you can park at Westfield Shopping Centre and walk over (5-10 minute walk). Otherwise, we suggest getting the train to Stratford and walking to the pool (10 minute walk).
Yes of course! You will feel right at home with our team no matter if you come alone or with a friend. Lots of people will be coming alone!
Yes you can, we will have the entire diving pool to ourselves and the space around it. We encourage you to take content and share with our Instagram @instantswimclub !!
