Yes, items bought from our Black Friday sale onwards (20th Nov) can be returned for store credit or exchanged up until the 11th January 2025. Refunds remain as normal (14 days).

Our ECONYL® fabric is created from regenerated ocean plastic, such as abandoned fishing nets and industrial plastic. Not only does this help to remove waste from the oceans, but it also reduces the amount of new materials produced. Our recycled fabric reduces the global warming impact of nylon by up to 90% compared with the material from oil.

Wash by hand or separately on a cold cycle, and air dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry or iron.

Products labelled 'Longevity-Eco' are longer lasting in chlorinated water. These items are specially designed to hold their colour and shape after 100s of hours in chlorine. Luxe-Eco pieces are also chlorine-resistant, but slightly softer and stretchier, designed for comfort.

No, our swimsuits don’t have any padding inside. However the fabric is thick and always double-lined, many customers find this provides adequate support.

Many of our customers have had their Instant Swim swimsuits for over 2 years! It does depend on how frequently they are worn, however we estimate when wearing multiple times per week, our swimsuits should last at least 1 year. 

Yes! Our swimsuits are designed for swim training. The fabrics we use are all ultra-chlorine resistant and perfect for time spent in chlorine. 

Yes! We have many customers who are divers, waterpolo players, open water swimmers, and just about any swim-related activity you can think of! Our swimsuits are designed to hold up under pressure. 

Our colours shouldn’t fade, however it often depends on the care of the swimsuit. We recommend washing your swimsuit with cool water after each use and leaving to dry in the shade. Try to avoid leaving them in the sun, or letting them soak in strong chlorine for an extended period of time. If you have any colour-related issues, please contact us as quickly as possible!

We know our swimsuits are a little pricey, however we trust that as soon as you feel them you will understand why! Our swimsuits are designed to last, and when considered from a ‘price-per-wear’ perspective, we believe they work out cheaper than the more budget-friendly alternatives on the market. 

Each style is slightly different, however most of our swimsuits have medium bum coverage. For more coverage, we would suggest sizing up!

We offer Royal Mail Tracked Shipping for £2.95 on UK orders (3-4 working days), or Express Shipping (24 hours) for £3.99.

For international orders, we offer Standard Tracked Shipping (times will vary depending on destination country) or DHL Express Shipping (3-5 working days).

For orders to the EU under €150, we cover the cost of customs duty for you. If your order exceeds €150, there may be extra duties to pay.

For orders to Australia & US, there should not be any duties to pay.

If you are in a hurry, we recommend ordering with Express delivery. In the UK, this will usually arrive next day. For international orders we suggest using DHL Express, which can arrive in as quickly as 3 working days.

We don’t currently offer free returns, so you would need to return using your preferred courier. Our team will work with you to make sure your return is received at our warehouse with no issues.
