Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your swimsuit as much as we do. That’s why, if you’re not completely happy with your order we’ll exchange or refund it for you. All we ask is that your return meets the requirements below.



  • Returns must arrive in new/unused condition with all tags & hygiene stickers still attached.
  • Packing slip with your name and order number must be included in the return. Without this, we will be unable to identify it and therefore it will not be processed.
  • Returns must arrive in their original packaging bag with barcoded sticker. 
  • Sale items are exchange only and not eligible for refunds.
  • UK returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, and international returns within 21 days.


Please note:

  • Refunds are subject to an £8 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. Exchanges & returns for store credit are free.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for any items sent back to us outside of the timeframe stated and cannot guarantee you will receive your items back.
  • Sale items/ items on offer are final sale and are not eligible for return for store credit.

Duties & Taxes

For orders to Australia & US, you should not be charged customs fees. In the unlikely event that you are asked to pay a fee, please contact us and we will cover it for you.

EU/ rest of world orders may incur customs fees. Any duties associated are the responsibility of the customer. Many customers are not charged however unfortunately we cannot guarantee this as it is dependent on your country. For more information on the duties associated with your country, please contact your local customs office. 



Failed Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong/incorrect shipping address, absent receiver, customer refuses package), the package will be returned to the sender. In this case, we will contact you to organise a redelivery. The redelivery cost is at the customers expense. 



Tracking showing delivered but items not received

If your order is showing delivered but you have not received it, please send us an email and we will do our best to assist you. However please note we do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
