Our resistance bands plan is a simple guide to get started with your bands, and follow some of the best exercises proven to help build strength & muscle. We recommend using this guide to supplement your weight training programme, however it is also perfect for anyone who wants to learn how & why to use resistance bands.
The plan includes:
-15 different exercises you can do with a resistance bands split into 3 levels of difficulty, as well as demonstration pictures.
-3 circuits you can follow using the exercises for activation, burnout or a session in themselves.
-3 weight training sessions to be done at the gym or at home with weights.
