Our full-body fitness plan includes 7 different workouts you can do at the gym or at home. Our plans work a range of muscle groups focusing on lower body, upper body & core.
Each plan should take around half an hour to complete but can be done in your own time. Feel free to use any equipment you have- dumbbells & kettlebells would be useful but are not essential.
We recommend completing 3-5 plans per week, depending on your current activity levels. For progressive overload- repeat plans, add weight, increase reps/ sets or number of workouts per week!
